At The Picnic Basket Restaurant, the health and safety of our customers, employees, and the community we serve are our utmost priority.

We understand the emergence of coronavirus (COVID-19) has raised new health and safety concerns. We are taking this matter very seriously and will be doing all we possibly can to help keep our customers and employees safe and healthy.

We will be increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing high-touch surfaces and as always following all industry-standard food handling procedures. For years we have been a “gloved” facility. A “gloved” facility means when employees are touching any food at all from sandwich meat to a rice crispy treat they are required to wear disposable gloves.

We are making sure our staff is educated on the importance of frequent hand washing and will not be allowed to work if they are showing any symptoms of illness.

We are open and ready.
